We offer shipping services to Sydney Metro, Wollongong, Central Coast & Blue Mountains regions. For interstate shipping, please contact us directly to discuss available options and rates.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Standard Shipping: Transportation included in the forklift sale price is for Sydney metro areas only. All other areas are subject to additional transportation fees. Customers are welcome to arrange their own transportation at their cost.
  1. Delivery Times
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Custom or special orders require additional processing time.
  • Transit Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Same day delivery for Sydney metro is offered. Typically, interstate delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Signature Required: Delivery of forklifts typically requires a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Upon receiving your forklift, please inspect it for any visible damage. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, document the issue and contact us immediately. We will require photos and videos of the damage for processing claims.
