Returns Policy

Introduction

We are committed to providing high-quality new forklifts to meet your needs. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and provides guidance on how to proceed if you need to return a forklift.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of new forklifts under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your forklift arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a forklift that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the incorrect one to be returned.
  • Return Request for Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective forklifts are generally not accepted. However, if you believe there is a valid reason for a return, please contact our customer service team. Returns for non-defective products will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administration fee.

Return Process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@aussieforklifts.com.au to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos and videos.
    2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the forklift.
    3. Prepare the Forklift: Ensure the forklift is in its original packaging and condition. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were provided with the original shipment.
    4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned forklift, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Forklifts that have been used or modified.
    • Custom-built or special-order forklifts.
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

      Warranty Information

      Our forklifts come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase for detailed information on coverage and how to make a warranty claim.
